Human Resource Management And Administration Section

  • Managing service matters such as appointment, resignation, job confirmation and pension.
  • Planning, coordinating and implementing the competency assessment of the department.
  • Planning and managing the internal and external courses / training including mandatory
    courses such as Induction Course and BTN.
  • Planning and managing the appointment of contract officers and renewal of appointment.
  • Updating and recording all the officers / staff’s information and the service book.
  • Managing and updating the information system of Departmental Personnel Management
    System (SISPEN) and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
  • Managing office administration of the department.
  • Planning and managing the creation of post for all level and division in DCA.
  • Managing the department library.
