Managing and updating the information system of Departmental Personnel Management
System (SISPEN) and Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS).
Managing office administration of the department.
Planning and managing the creation of post for all level and division in DCA.
Managing the department library.
Planning and managing promotion for the closed service staff / officers in DCA.
