7. To process the application for approval of Firework, Hot Air Balloon and Para Jump within 10 working days.
8. To process the approval of Dangerous Goods Permit within 3 working days.
9. To process the approval of Air Traffic Controllers License and Trainee Air Traffic Controllers License within 3 working days.
10. To process and issue the Certificate English Language Proficiency within 14 working days.
11. To process claims and bills within 14 working days.
12. To provide feedback on complaints within 3 working days.
